Phase I includes renovations and additions to a 107,000 sf health center; Phase II is a twelve-story, 250,000 sf addition with structured parking, a wellness center, assisted living, and six levels of independent living apartments. Construction underway January 2005.

Overview:

Phase I: 88,000 sf renovations and additions to 97 existing health center beds. Phase II is a twelvestory 254,000 sf concrete tower addition to add 54 independent living units, complete wellness center, 32 assisted living beds and parking garage on a very tight urban site at Towson Town Center in Baltimore, Maryland.
