Monticello: The Home of Thomas Jefferson
Monticello is the only residence in the United States on the World Heritage
List. Services include development consulting and team leadership for the rezoning
of the historic site for a world-class visitors center, administrative
complex, and restoration of the mountaintop to its Jefferson-era presentation.
Rezoning approved 2005; program management underway.
