Westminster Canterbury of the Blue Ridge

$60MM expansion and renovation to an accredited CCRC in Charlottesville. Special logistical challenges include a landfill remediation, special foundations, intense renovations to occupied space, resident and neighbor relations, and temporary field-kitchen operations that served over 40,000 special-needs meals on a tight mountaintop site. Project completed in 2004 ahead of schedule, with seven-figure savings.
